This is an outline of what I went thru and the information that I sent them to dispute this charge.  I am a single mother that scrimped and saved in order to move to a better home and was ripped off.  Of course, as you will see, I tried to be fair.  Now I want ALL my money back.  To alot of people this is not a bunch of money, to me it's half a month's salary.

RE: PRO MOVING Move Date 7/1/12

As instructed, I have filled out a DISPUTE APPLICATION and have attached a very brief description of the hardship this move caused me, my employer and family.

Overview:

I originally had a scheduled move date of 6/30/12; I was contacted and the date was changed to 6/29/12.
No one showed up 6/29/12; I sat there all day with not even a phone call. After I made several attempts to get someone to call me back, I was then told the movers would show up the next day 6/30 in the evening.  The evening came and no call/ show again, after I called, I was then told 7/1/12 between 4-5 pm.  7/1/12 came and I got a call at 11am stating they would be there in an hour; 12pm.

I use professional moving companies often; in my profession, its a requirement.  Ive never experienced such chaos and being
taken advantage of.  This is the smallest move Ive ever had and it took the longest (8 hours and when it should have
taken 4).  I was also excessively charged for materials.  After having my attorney look over your contract and fees charged; its quite clear I was taken advantage of. I was also verbally told in from of several witnesses that I would receive a substantial discount because of the inconvenience caused by no call / no shows that went on for 3 days.

Not only did I not receive any compensation, I was taken advantage of.  The workers were also very unprofessional in
behavior and work ethic.

I not only missed appointments but I also lost money due to fees charged for canceling appointments.  I was at the doctors
office for an 11:30am appointment on 7/1/12 when I suddenly got a call the movers would be there in an hour (12pm) instead of 4-5pm as scheduled.  I also had an appointment for my daughter on 6/30/12 - which I canceled being the movers changed by move date and then they never showed up. I also lost a full days pay due to switching days off because of the back and forth change of move dates.

This is just to name a few of the inconveniences I suffered due to hiring Pro Moving for my transition. My co-worker who used her card for the two charges of 1000.00 and 558.00 has been advised to allow you time to resolve this conflict.

I need a response as soon as possible before interest is accrued for these charges. If this is resolved and a mutual agreement is met, there will be no further complaints or any disputes from my side. Thank you.
