This service is a rip off. I contacted them to help me expedite obtaining my passport and they could not do it in the time frame they advertised! I was charged and no service was delivered plus they tried to charge me additional fees. The customer service is terrible and misleading. Don't lose your money to this fraudulent website. They are not linked to the US government and are just some paid service that can not deliver. I had to cancel a business trip overseas due to this company. Do not fall victim.
