Complaint Review: Usashoppingclub

this company tried to contact me via e-mail and i ignored them then they tried relentlessly by phone, i just hung up on them but three days ago at 11:00 at night on a week night they woke me out of bed and i was so tired that i listened to what they had to say. It didnt sound like a bad deal, a credit card with a $7500 limit that you could use when and where you choose and at the same time add a crucial line of credit.

Well the next day reality sank in and the scam came out. what i did was defer the initial start up fee for two weeks since previously i was scammed by fith third bank i learned to defer and study, this morning i called to cancel and no luck they say canceling now will show a negative on my credit report, so instead i called my bank and let them know about what was happening and they canceled the transaction.

I think that there should be a class action lawsuit filed on USA shopping club for misrepresentation and fraud....i caution everyone to hang up on these people they are relentless con artists.
