Complaint Review: Usbank Mortgage

I signed five automatic drafts after refinancing my mortgage us bank says they never recieved them so they didn't with draw money for feb or march payments then they contacted me that i owed for late payments.
I complained to the ceo but the manager of collections answered my letter. They had reported me being late to the credit bureau they will not admit it was their fault.They stated in a letter that they cannot remove these from the credit reports.

I contacted the credit bureau and was told that the lady has lied to you they can remove these from the reports if they want. I will try to find another mortgage company to take over my loan as I have heard nothing good about US BANK it took them six months to finally start automatic withdrawals they are by far the most incompatient employees I have ever incountered I have never been late on any mortgage payments but due to their incompatence my credit has been ruined for at least five years.

I was nogotiating for another house at the time but the mortgage company backed out because of one late payment that was not my fault.
