Hey! I purchased an item from Petco online. I no longer had the animal so I returned the kennel. The online receipt was hard to read. It only stated the original price, but I bought it for half that amount. Petco put on my card the original price. I corrected them. They didn't know how to reverse the transaction. The manager just let me keep the difference. USBank froze my account over it. I called to get it straightened out. They said I would have to send the refund receipt which I did. Then they wanted the original receipt, but said that it was the wrong one. I explained to them what happened and gave them everything from Petco that I had. I called and they said everything was taken care of. I went to the store to buy food, but my card was still frozen. I called them back and they said I sent them the wrong receipt. USBank is keeping my account frozen because the refund doesn't match the amount taken off from the purchase. I even had Petco's manager call and send them everything but they won't let it go. Everytime I receive child support until the agency has time to change it to a different bank it will go on this card. I won't be able to touch it. I told USBank just to take it off and I will just swallow the refund. They refuse, but they don't mind accepting my son's money.
