USBANK Would not reimburse me after I reported money taken from my checking account fraudulently, with FORGED SIGNATURE Saint Louis, Missouri

After getting out of the hospital on 12/7/10, I discovered when I went on line that 2 checks had been stolen, my name was FORGED, and $270.00 had been fraudulently taken out of my checking account, by my house keeper. On 12/8/10 I went to USBANK, still sick and reported this fraud, closed my checking account, made a fraud report, had it notorized and then went home and called the police.

I made a police report and obtained a copy and took it to US Bank.  I then got a letter dated 12/23/10 from US BANK basically blaming me that my checks were stolen because I did not have them locked up in a safe and they threatened me by saying if I had received any provisional credit, it would be taken back and if I was overdrawn as a result of this, they would close my account and file charges AGAINST ME!!  I tried explaining to them I went to the hospital emergency room on 12/5/10 and asked my housekeeper to go and let my dog outside and feed my pets, while I was in the hospital but US Bank still blamed me for Wanda FORGING MY NAME and fraudulently stealing $270.00 from my checking account.  The crime was committed on 12/6/10
