Complaint Review: USBI~Cheap2dial Tel

This place goes under many names//But main billing all done thru USBI. I turned them into the FCC //BBB//State attorney//and Verizon. I think this also should be a class action suit against this company also out telephone providers!! As they also know this is going on. They should ban this company from billing our phone records.

My account was billed for Cheap2dial max Plan. Which was supposedly done on the internet. I call Usbi and threw a fit. And then called Cheap2dial Tel...Guess what people??? They were the same people!!!UMMM!!!!

Also my bill was hit under someone elses name,,My account was hit with the name.Robert Arnder..Well that aint even my darn name!!!But yet our phone providers hit us with this charge with no authorazation!!!!But yet you call your provider to check your bill and you have to give them ur whole life story,,And yet they bill us and all these people need is a phone number!!!

Tell me something here dosent stink? I am also filing against Verizon for letting this happen!!!Class action against this company also our providers for letting it happen!! Not sealing our records..This should never happen!!!!
