USBI included in Verizon bill as other providers; billing company for KOOLTELECOMMNTHLYFEE Internet
Charges included in monthly Verizon billing. Says they are billing company for KOOL TELECOMMNTHLYFEE.
Called to complained -- I had never heard of this company -- never talked to them on phone prior to my complaint. Said they cannot do anything, will not reimburse my money; says I must deal with Verizon. Verizon says I must deal directly with USBI and that they have nothing to do with them.
