I noticed on my at&t bill that I was being charged my usbi, when I called to ask what that was the csr said it was another telephone company. When I called to cancel the service i spoke to a guy named nick who said he would cancel it and give me a credit for two months, when i talked to john the supervisor he said he could credit for three months.

When i called at&t she said they could send the charges back, as far as april. Its only 15 dollars, but for 15 months that adds up. When i called back john said the only way to get more is to send an email because the corporate office does not have a phone number, and he then informed me that he was cancelling the credits because i called him to much today.

Contact your attorney general's office, file a complaint, you will receive the credit for all the billing that has occurred in the past. The local phone company customer service can only see back 6 months to 1 years-it is possible the charges go back further. I am the ex-employee of a company that did customer service for One Call. If you want to stop this from happening to other people tell them when you get your credit you still want to pursue the matter of the fraudulent billing. No victim, no crime, other people did not tell them to pursue it any further and you became another victim as a result.
