USBI - One Call Comm Fraudulant Charges reported under a Diego Garcia Internet
I received a charge on my phone bill from USBI. When I called USBI they said that this charge was from my internet provider the call was to a Diego Garcia, which we don't even know.
It appears from researching this on the web, that this company is fraudulantly billing people. The charge appears on your bill because of a pop up that can come on your emails.

I called the USBI customer serice 800 number and the man on the other end of the line insisted that I was responsible for these calls. I literally had to yell at him telling him to get his manager until he finally reversed the charges and said he would put a block on my phone so that this wouldn't happen again.

On QWEST bill not one but two calls:
(The following transaction is billed on behalf of: ONE CALL COMM.)
1. Aug 06 9:40P To DIEGO GARC XX 2461210 4 min $12.14.
2. Aug 06 9:57P To DIEGO GARC XX 2461299 21min $43.04.
Did not authorize any such charges. After investigating this further I learned that these were fradulent charges. How do I go about reversing these charges and who is to be held responsible.

Deigo Garcia .. isn't a person . It's an Island in the Indian Ocean ..Actually a Navel Base. Leased from Great Briton..
