I received charges on my phone bill from USBI on behalf of One Call Comm on two different occasions.

Unfortunately, we had an unprotected computer that had received a lot of trojan horses and viruses. As I was trying to clear these up and doing research on the internet, I discovered that one of these trojan horses is a porn dialer! When you are connected to the internet, this program dials out from your computer to a foreign pay site without your knowledge.

It is imperitive that all of you on the internet protect your computers now with a firewall such as Zonealarm, an antivirus program and antispyware programs immediately. An antivirus program will help you find and destroy the program that is dialing out from your computer and causing these long distance charges.

We have been promised by USBI that these charges will be dropped but after reading some of these posts, it looks like that may not happen. We will have to wait and see. Also, stop using your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser and switch to Mozilla Firefox, that will also help with your internet security. Good luck to everyone fighting this battle!
