Complaint Review: USBI Phone Bill Rip Off Company

One day,my phone company called us,asked us if we've made some changes on our phone service,we said yes. Then asked us, you want to keep the bill 16.54/month from USBI showed on your bill for 4 months? "No,what's that?" "It's a calling program purchased from Internet." "We didn't purchase any. No,stop that service."

I thought that's the calling card company chargerd us, but that's prepaid card and nothing to do with USBI, also I just bought it. Then we realized there is a rip off there we've been paying for 4 months from USBI.

I called the numbers:1-888-472-8724 He siad since we've cancelled it,I need to call back "after" 90 days to ask credit back. After read the article about USBI rip off,I am worried by time if I can get my money back??
