Complaint Review: USBI

This USBI is such a fraud company! It's like disease, you don't know where you got them on the local phone bill(mine is SBC), and they never go away!!

It's been shown on my SBC bill for 4 months, earlier in Aug, one of my family member had a chance to talk to someone in SBC or USBI, said already cancelled. Now 16.57 still on my SBC bill!

SBC don't do anything, just let the USBI bill showed. When I called SBC, they said we need to talk to USBI who billed us.

When talked to USBI, it's funny, every time I called, always same girl answer the phone, when she can't answer my question such as how I got billed? Internet sign up?How? She just hung up the phone.

So, this is my final SBC phone bill, I hope USBI has no where to squeez in? Or they will still show on AT&T bill?
Gotta send them to jail!!!!
