Complaint Review: USBI

I am charged about 10 dollard for a call to Reno, Nevada. 10 dollars fo a 3 minute call. I never made this call. And when i reach their customer service, i don't get any help whatsoever. Thats why i have chosen to lodge my complint on this site. And anyone who wants to call the Federal Communications Commisioner Office, the number is 1-888-225-5332. And if you are experiencing the same problem, i recommend you call this number and don't pay your bill and if you have to, even call you local FBI office and tell them about this fraud billing.
