USBI ripoff Nationwide
I went online to pay my Bellsouth phone bill and saw a charge for $6.90 for "directory assistance", I clicked on the charge and it took me to a bill from USBI, I called the number and gave the customer service agent my phone number, she immediately read my name and knew why I was calling, she said I had "signed-up" for a package of 5 directory assistance calls and was billed in advance, she was very nice and said she would issue a credit on my next month's phone bill, when I asked her about USBI, she said they are really "National Discount Info", she did not know the phone number or address and said she worked for a third-party contractor.
