USBI ripoff phony telephone calls San Antonio Texas
When I received my telephone bill for August 24, 2005 I had international charges on my bill to Austria. I don't know anyone in Austria. Upon calling USBI, they inform me that it is a computer virus making this telephone call, and that I need to get an antivirus software.
Great, but I already have 2 up-to-date antivirus programs running on my computer, McAfee and Norton. Well, I informed the lady of this fact and she told me that "those are not good enough, get something better".
I have my own long distance company and they do handle international calls, so why would all these phone calls to Austria be billed with USBI. I think they are the criminals of the world, billing people who barely have the money to pay their regular phone bill.
