caregiver for mother with dementia — Roswell Georgia

USBI called my mother, an 85  year old dementia patient with memory loss concerning Consumer Telecom to ask her to change her long distance service (which she does not have) from  ATT to Consumer Telecom.  In the recoding they played for me, it is very clear that she does not hear well and does not understand what the lady is talking about. Mother is in an assisted living facility because of her frontal lobe dementia which affects her decision  making process.

USBI called my mom in Texas 2 years in a row and did the same thing. She suffers from Dementia. They charged her $300 in long distance. USBI has not refunded me the full amount.
