USBI - SPRINT Unauthorized Charges, Ripped Off Bill says North Carolina
We recieved our Sprint Local telephone bill and found extra charges called USBI charges. There were 2 charges under this "catagory" the first from Universal Service Fund for $1.42 and the second from Mainstreet Platinum Plan for $13.90 while these are somewhat small charges, they are unauthorized.
I understand the charge is the long distance calling via internet, well we dont have long distance on our phone and we use a cable modem,, so how is this possible?
