Complaint Review: USBI & Telliss

To all those reading this website, tell your friends and family and everyone you meet to be aware of what is happening with their computer. I as well have been attacked by fraudulent charges to my phone bill. Its called SLAMMING or CRAMMING. An ILLEGAL change of long distance service provider. After reading this page and others, We noticed things that were happening to other people as well. Our dial up connections were constantly being changed and proxy servers were being added. But our charges were not limited to a few hundred dollars. We were charged $1258.79 by USBI on behalf of Telliss! This was for over a dozens of calls to England for a week. The phone number was the same, 44-2207-335-8468. We were able to get in contact with USBI and inform them of the problem and they said they are crediting us back, though it will take a few billing cycles. GET IT IN WRITING. Our phone company is aware as well and we are filing a police report to cover the situation in case anyone tries to collect on such a bogus and outrageos scandal. My advice to anyone who has been a victim of these companies is to get in contact at all cost and take care of yourself and inform authorities. No one has the right to take advantage of people in such a way.
