USBI long distance company scammed me by changing my long distance carrier without my authorization and charged me 50$ for their services. I need them to refund me the money and a apology for scamming me and in future if they want less law suits for the stress and cheating they cause I request them to train their sales staff with more honesty. I am old and not cut out for this kind of stress.
