Complaint Review: usbi

USBI USBI charged me for long distance service that I never requested and now my account was sent to collections. I have tried to resolve the matter with USBI and ATT to no avail. Tracy California

I saw a unauthorized charge on my ATT phone bill from USBI. I was never told or authorized the charges from USBI.

When I called to have the charges removed ATT said that they could not remove them because USBI made the charges on the bill.

I called USBI to have the charges removed to no avail. Now USBI has sent my account to collections and I have the collection company calling me all day long.
