These clowns state that they have an excellent usenet service, of which there are in fact many. These guys, however, are not.
While they may, in fact, provide some limited usenet access, it is most likely designed to prevent them from being charged with criminal fraud.
Their hook is a 14day free trial period. Problem is, they automatically sign you up for a one year period after your free trial is over, for $95.usd and there is no obvious way to cancel. More on that later.
The issue here, is the extremely limited service. What few groupd they do offer, have a maximum retention rate of 200 days. they don't mention that before hand. ALL legitimate usenet providers provide well over 2000 days retention. Worse, their servers can only be accessed by their own software.
What I did, subsequent to discovering that they were a total scam,(which occured less than 5 minutes after signing up) was to call paypal directly to ask that this company never be allowed to access any funds from my account. I also reported that they are likely fraud artists. Paypal has blocked them from accessing any funds from my account, and sent me an email to confirm.
