USHOPWIRELESS - Venicom Shipped to wrong address, No response from customer service Scottsdale Arizona
I placed an order with ushopwireless for a Tmobile Wing and service coverage. I was told I was not approved and I would need a co-signer. I told the salesperson I would need a few days to think about it, the company proceeded to call me twice a day asking if I had found someone yet. I got a co-signer and placed an order with this company. There was no confirmation sent via e-mail, so I went to the website to check the status of my order. On my order status they listed the wrong phone (a Dash instead of a Wing) and completly wrong service plan. On the status site was a fedex link to check shipping, upon checking fedex I found that my order was delivered... to where.
I have yet to receive my order... according to the site it had taken 3 minutes to deliver the order from Arizona to California (WOW thats fast). According to the website my service was activated Feb. 2nd, which means I started paying for service on the 2nd, I have not recieved my product and the numerous times I have tryed to call and e-mail the company have been ignored. No one seems to answer the phone at either 800 number or at the (480) 948-5711. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to get ripped off.

Once I got in contact with the customer service department, this turned out to be a great company. They fixed my problem, got me the right phone on the right service contract, and were very polite and helpful while assisting me.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a cellphone with a service contract, The sales team is very knowledgeable, and can assist with any questions that may arise.
The product was shipped quickly and is exactly what I ordered, other than customer service being hard to contact I have no problems with this company.
