STATEMENT FROM USHUD.COM:

USHUD.com, Hudexchange.com and Allhud.com are all completely separate. In this way they are similar to Zillow and Trulia, which are also owned by one company. We provide several platforms that are separate but equal. This allows each agent and loan officer to receive exclusive placement in the areas they wish to be advertised. We feel that the exclusive placement is essential to keep the experience for the home buyers and sellers less convoluted as well as keeping real estate agents and loan officers from competing against one another. Each site has its own advertising campaign and leads are never shared between the sites. We feel this exclusivity is paramount to the success of the real estate professional We hope this explanation clears up any confusion.

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

I was contacted today (10/23/2012) by Wanda a Business development representative of USHUD.com She wanted to sell me Exclusive Rights to all Home Buyer leads generated in Coweta County, Georgia The price quoted was $195 per month.

She gave me two references of real estate agents that had great success with her program. (1) Ms. Bride paid $225/Month (2) Ms. Christiansen paid $195/month. I told Wanda I was very concerned because I reviewed several complaints from RipOffReport.com about her company USHUD.com. Ms. Wanda told me her company USHUD.com has an A minus rating with BBB.  I also told her that I would contact both references and if they were happy with her program I would contact her to sign up.

I contacted Ms. Bride (she is an agent in my real estate office/branch). She informed me that she just signed up last Friday (10/19/2012) and was promised Exclusive rights for all Home Buyer leads generated for Coweta County, Georgia for $225/month!

Secondly, I contacted Ms.Christiansen. She informed me that she signed up for exclusive rights to all Home Buyer leads generated in Coweta County, Georgia for $195/month and she has made several monthly payments to USHUD.com (3-4 months).

I informed both ladies that they have been duped because I was almost sold the same EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to all Home Buyer Leads this morning (10/23/2012) for Coweta County, Georgia. Both ladies stated that they will contact USHUD.com to severe ties. It is unfortunate that companies with such a good opportunity to fill a void in our marketplace and can be very profitable doing so, will be so greedy and short-sighted to take advantage my fellow real estate agents in this manner!

Thank God for RipOffReport.com! I told both ladies that they should always check this site. RipOffReport.com, you just saved me $195. Thank you very much!

Ps: Im sure this company will call this a minor mistake and they now discovered a new way of preventing this from reoccurring!  Judging from all the other complaints about this company, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that this behavior is common place. I hope some attorney/attorney general sees this as an opportunity to go after these fraudulent practices!

Your Explanation is just a euphemism for "Shell Game"

No, the two agents that you claim are covering the territories Exclusively because they are on two different websites which by the way are own by the same parent company that can spun as many websites as it wants if it desires, is nothing but a "Shell Game" The parent company is the one by which the exclusive territory should be judge. 

This is a Scam, you know it, it is clear, and this report belongs in this website --- I am a realtor in Chicago and I am so, so happy that I came across this.

Not only that, even the email that I've got today, is deceiving. in one of the sentences it says; "we had to put you on a waiting list until space became available" in another sentance it also says "As you recalle" -- I have neve talked to this people before.

Sad to see predatory behavoivor like this from fellow human beings.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this reply post. My name is Michael Urbanski, I am the CEO of USHUD.com since we launched our first site (MDHUD.com) here in Maryland in 1998. We are proud to serve the Real Estate community with our patented software that allows Real Estate agents and loan officers the ability to advertise in the geographic area that they
work.

It always makes me scratch my head when lack of understand leads us to write letters like the one I am responding to here instead of just asking simple questions and saving us all a lot of confusion.  So here are some quick questions and answers that should clear up you confusion. If you are not satisfied, I would ask that you contact me directly for the purposes of

Simple Question#1                           

How can the leads generated be exclusive to Ms.Bride and Ms. Christiansen?

Simple Answer#1

Ms.Bride is found on one site (USHUD.com) and Ms.Christiansen can be found on another site (Hudex.com) we own and market both sites. Both Real Estate professionals receive only the leads that are generated from those sites and are sent those leads exclusively. Both sites have their
own separate but equal advertising campaigns.

Simple Question #2

Why are they paying different amounts?

Simple Answer #2

They are paying the same amount. However, we do price different areas at different prices. Prices are determined by the cost of advertising in that area. To be more clear, New York and California are very expensive to generate online traffic so states and areas of states can at times
have different prices.

How many sites does your company operate?

Simple Answer #3

We own and operate four National websites and have thousands of advertisers. Each advertiser pays monthly with no contracts. We try our best to listen to the needs of our clients and provide them the best service available anywhere.

PS. Both Ms. Bride and Ms. Christiansen have  spoken to our client services dept since this was posted and both have reported that they are happy with the service and will not be cancelling
their advertising with our company.
