We were scammed into believing we would have an online buisness and making money with guaranteed 70,000 hits They promised to build us a web sight and to do all the marketing. We would get phone support and a mentor all within 6 week.(UP and Running) Guaranteed for 6months.I have names of supposed people we talked to and several e-mail addresses..They litterally promised us The world, that all they wanted was our success story In 2 days they charged my creditcard $5,094.00 and gave me 1 30 minutes (mentor session) whereas the mentor kept reminding us that we were at 35 minute then at 40 minute.45 and so on.All this was stemed from me downloading information on starting a buisness from ebay exposed for $19.99. Then came the phone call and the scam.. This needs to be addressed and shut down before anyone else falls into there trap..I see myself as being very skeptical and wary of this kind of ripoff but I was pulled right into this before I knew what hit me.. This all stared on the internet ,ended up on the phone and then to my creditcard..If you open any buisness and pay the kind of money I was sucked into (the tools had better be in your possesion).. I'm not sure exactly who is behind all of this, but I do know that usight is the money holder.Thats the charges that are to my card. Now we must fight with our creditcard provider to get these charges dismissed. We must find these scam artist and shut them down..Sure it is probably all legal because they got all there scams mapped out to perfection, but there are flaws and I intend to seek them out.. Breach of contract....

No doubt they ran out the fraud clock on your credit card. Still, try to file a chargeback against them. Call your credit card company and tell them you only now have discovered this was a scam. Maybe you'll get lucky.

If that doesn't work ask your credit card company for the address for the company that billed your credit card. Take them to small claims court--claim theft by deception, or fraud. Since they failed to meet their end of the bargain the contract is breached.

Good Luck,
TFC
