Many trucking companies and any employer can post secret information on you at DAC and then Dac sells that information to anyone. Well OOIDA HAS FILED AN LAWSUIT AGAINST USIS COMMERCIAL SERVICES (DAC) for it. I mean companys tody post information on you that is manytimes false and misleading in an effort to make you unemployed or underemployed or slave labor. It is an effort of big companies or data base administation to create dirty laundry on you and to share it secretly. You ever wonder why you can never get an job or get that higher paying job? Today large corporations are using the patriot act to secretly go in your home while you are away and search and reprt on you. as well as talking to you on the phone and baiting you and when you respond the record what you say but what the dac or company do not record is the bait question. Companies can post any false and misleading report against you at dac and any corporation can buy that information befor they hire you. It is called background check.

"Born Looser",

Actually, the DAC report is no secret at all. You have a right to get a free copy of it once per year and/or anytime it is used and you are denied employment. It is regulated under the FCRA just like your credit report.

And, you have the right to dispute anything on it, AND you can post your 100 word statement on it with each negative entry. And, you have the right to request to see all communications used in the dispute/verification process.

There is no conspiracy here, and the DAC report has absolutely nothing to do with the Patriot Act.

Furthermore, you have the right to sue for damages as a result of any inaccurate information posted by a company.

I agree that DAC/USIS totally sucks. They are arrogant jerks to deal with, but they always see the reality of a lawsuit. And, you will usually win as long as you can document your side.

You are only a loser if you accept defeat.
