Complaint Review: USIS

USIS use to be a wonderful company to work for. Raises were given out every six months, pay was good, ESOP, etc; however, now, USIS is a slave driving company. Investigators are pushed and pushed and pushed to pump out work.

Management knows that investigators are working 50 or even 60 hours a week just to meet minimum standards and only reporting 40. Management turns their heads because even if they are breaking labor laws they are getting their bottom line met. The more $$ Investigators make for the company the more DMs look good. The better DMs look the bigger bonus they get while investigators are barely making any $$.

Investigations are rushed through and often incorrectly. Hey, but who cares because USIS made their money. It is pitiful. Quality is preached but quantity is the game; however, no matter how much you produce, it is never enough. USIS always wants more.

TLs are little demons. Most are FIs before becoming TLs; however, once they get that title they become little evil monsters.
