Complaint Review: USMedcenter.com - Frontierpharmacies RXCostCard;

Upon placing order with USMedcenter was told that I had to agree to the following before order would be shipped: However my order never shipped and I was charged $19.95 for many months. I tried to contact customer service but they would not respond or return my calls!!; had to cancel credit card to stop charges!!) Went directly to my Dr's Office and have fax confirmation of prescription sent to Frontier Pharmacies.

This is taken directly from companys email confirmation to me:"The cost of your medication has been arranged by the participating pharmacy, Your order will consist of two separate transactions:The non-refundable $19.95 processing fee billed to your credit card at the time your order is submitted.The cost of the medication is billed to your credit card after we receive approval from your physician and the medication has been shipped..
