USPS United State Post Office Will Not Give Me my Package before christmas When i need it Before Christmas and it go shipped way in advance! Ph, Arizona

Usps said i could get my package untill dec 28 when it was shipped out way before christmas so i could get it. so I told them i was saypose to receive it way before christmas they said sorry you might get it but not till the 28..... they where no help at all and the lady was rude!!!
