Complaint Review: USr Healthcare

I recieved a professional email from a represenative of USr Healthcare  advising they had recieved my Resume from their V.P. and would like to extend the offer of an interview. It wasnt an interview. It was a sales pitch with what appears to be underhanded techniques. They stated that 130 were interviewing at the time and they changed it to hundreds were interviewing in the webinar. They advised they only had 30 slots available when someone chimed in, the slots were going fast and they have 15 left. They took an hour of my time that I took off of work, so I lost money, and an opportunity to interview with someone that would apparently be more ethical. Then they drop the bomb at the end of the wasted hour that they will need $199.00 that I dont have to be a headhunter for hospitals needing nurses and physicans.

This appears to be unethical behavior to say the least out of this staffing agency. How could I do business with them, if this is my first impression of them. How could I look into the eyes of a Healthcare professional with high ethics and tell them we have their back and to the prospective healthcare facility that we have their back as well?
