Complaint Review: USSA

My Mother (age 64) received this "Official Registration Confirmation, in the amount of $3,7000,300.00 and said all she needed to do was send $20. "Document fee", just today.

Of course she thought she was a millionaire- Right?

I just got on the internet and in Google search engine typed in the name and address (USSA, P.O. Box 98835 Las Vegas, NV - no phone number and no physical address!!) and it came to the RIP-OFF Report website.

Thank God! for the Ripoff report or else she probably would have been ripped off $20.00

How can this stupid mail be stopped and these people stop this crime!
