Complaint Review: USSA

i received u.s. first class mail registered document form w-915 notifing me of my immediate responce to unawarded money of over 3 millon dollars, asking for $20.00 document fee return within 7 days in a prepaid envelope. failure to respond will result in cancellation. thanks to this web site after researching, i did not respond. remember if its too good to be true it usally is.these people should not get away with this. this is outragous
