Complaint Review: USSP Shipping

 company uses deceptive marketing practices to entice consumer to purchase products from a large safety and chemical supply company. they call on Nortel owned data switches so they can change numbers frequently. i was last called today 8/17/17 and they called said they had a returned package from UPS and wanted to know if i got the white slip informing me of the damaged package and wanted to confirm my address to get it sent back out. then she transferred me to a magnetic personality trying to apologize for the damaged package and missed shipment ( I never ordered) then wanted to send me a jersey for a Kansas City professional sports team ( he had to look what state i was in) he also opened the instructions with a slam on our president in a joking fashion I didn't find funny. i told him im not a customer, did not order anything and then he began to try to sell me on some supplies and posters. i told him i was on the do not call registry and didn't approve of this game used to lie to consumers to Phish for more personal data or that they didn't abide by the laws of the state and federal do not call laws. this is a totally illegal operation. i called back and Brittany answered again. i explained i wanted to not be contacted again and she hung up on me. i called back and she answered again, I asked for a manager and she refused saying she is her own supervisor and handles all clients. i checked fcc records for the phone number, it is managed by a central office in the Andover, Ks area with the Nxx owned by Northern Telecom, Nortel on South Western Bell switching data center. there's no easy way to file complaint with that internet based company to report the scam so i came to the FCC. please shut this illegal and deceptive marketing company down.
