Complaint Review: USTechSupport Corporation

USTechSupport Corporation MyCleanPC USTechSupport somehow piggybacked a monthly $20 recurrently billing charge onto my credit card when I purchased MyCleanPC.

I purchased MyCleanPC over the internet.  Somehow in the process, they set up a recurring monthly charge for some unrelated service called "USTechSupport".  I'm not sure if I had the option to opt out of it or not, but it was not clear to me that I was being recurrenlty billed by their service.  I never used their service, and I don't even know what their purpose is, or what they offer to the consumer, but I certainly had no need or use for them.  They rebilled me for over one year before I was able to figure out what was going on.  They would've gladly rebilled me until the expiration of my credit card, offering me nothing in return the whole time.  I'm really angry at MyCleanPC for playing games with its customers and trying to bilk us with recurrent billing for what we assume is a one time software purchase.
