USTechSupport CyberDefender, Early Detection Center Technical Support Unable to Locate Trojans and Early Detection AntiVirus Failed to Provide Protection online online

When my new wireless printer failed to work, I called HP support who referred me to their conractor that found that my  computer antivirus software provided by USTechSupport/CyberDefender called Early Detection Center had failed and the U.S. Tech Support service technicians who had worked on the computer multiple times over three to four days had failed to find the trojan and the hackers established monitoring/listening points.  I was really shocked.  I thought that I had been getting good service and had good protection, but really I had none at all.  I cancelled the service and asked for a refund.  U.S. Tech Support apologized but refused to offer any refund despite their failure to provide service.
