Ustoppable Vision, High Class Universe Stole $21.99 from me and DID NOT send me my cute puppy dog bank for my granddaughter Internet
I was browsing the internet on my phone one day and came across this really cute add for, The Worlds Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box and thought it would be a cute gift for our granddaughter. Cost $21.99
I proceeded to pay for the item with my credit card and should have realized that when I started to read complaints about not receiving the product from other people on the net, I knew I was also not going to receive mine.
I contacted my credit card people and informed them of the situation and they gave me this phone number to contact the business. 318-321-8499 only to hear it is not a working phone number. Apparently this is a Louisianna number.
I went to their website highclassuniverse.com which looks very real, with all kinds of items for sale, their catalog, shipping information, billing information, all about them information, 100% gaurenteed, but NO contact info.
They said 2-3 weeks for delivery, it was ordered on November 30th 2016, today being December 12, 2016 I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but according to all the continued complaints I see on the web, I doubt seriously that I will see any bank.
It only takes one time for me to get ripped off like this, (and it ?????? me off) and it won't happen again, I purchase many things online and I will watch myself very carefully from now on. What is wrong with so called businesses taking advantage of people, this is why this world is like it is.
I could go on complaining forever but I won't, however I do hope folks who read this become aware of the internet scams out there and be careful. Thank you for listening.
