I ordered a pair of ugg boots, My bank account was charged immediately! I recieved 3 confirmation emails of my order and payment recieved. In the email it also stated they have ordered my item and when they are shipped within 1-2 days I will recieve an email with tracking number. It took a week to received my tracking number with a link to Fed Ex, but Fed Ex cannot find my tracking number. As of yet I have NOT recieved my items or even a tracking number! I have emailed them as there is no phone number to contact...justthe "writers" name was Nancy...the emails I recieved are ALL in broken english (Chinease)as well! In my emails requesting information about my order I have not recieved ANY response at all! since on the checkout the address bar said https:// which usually means a secure websit...it also had security pages you need to use in order to use like a mastercard or what not but then after filling that information out it imediately went to a page that was ALL chinese writing! Of course people like me who aren't criminals would think well this would happen if the company is not in our country!
