Signed on too USxpress Leased Program in 2005,at the time best thing I ever did, or so I thought. After 4yrs dedicated service thru fuel price wars I paid Truck off and now own it. Last month was forced into Terminating my contract because I had 2 to many pets on my own truck and because I lived in my truck, had no home or apt to put them, I had to terminate my contract. FYI I had lived in truck from begging and had no problem's until I showed up in Olive branch Ms term. As owner operator I had to wait 45 days to recieve my final pay check, I was informed I would recive it on Payroll particapation card by alan levi,my fleet mngr and payroll dept, now come too find out someone in corp. decided to cut a check and send it to old address in ne. So now I have ni money too pay rent at new address in nm and no money for food to feed my family. And now have too wait 10 working days for payroll to cancel check and issue new one and mail too new address . This company is full of uncaring,unless it benifits ceo's,lieing, corporate money hungery people. Should you decide too ignor this and other complaints filed on this company may God Be With you. You cannot trust them.
