Complaint Review: Utah Basement Systems

 Very very unprofessional company. Scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Called to find out what was going on and was told by Joyce (receptionist?) that I would receive a call from the guy doing the estimate. I received no such call. My follow up calls were avoided. Next day the 1-800 number had been cancelled and changed. Checked BBB and similar issues were reported. Company may have been descent a few years ago, but it is now in shambles and provides probably the worst customer service possible.
