I was hired on the spot for a job in Utah, where slavery is legal. I was promised I would be paid. However, they claimed their time clock wan't working correctly. When payday came, they said they didn't have a check for me, so I quit. I said I will not work until I get paid. I filed an unemployment claim, and tried to explain to Victoria, that the company considered me a slave and wasn't going to pay me. I also told Victoria that I filed a complaint with the Utah Labor Commission. Utah Unemployment said I committed fraud, and will not pay me unemployment. They said I have to pay back money, that I did not earn, because I was never given a paycheck. This is malcious prosecution.
