Complaint Review: Utalk Unlimited & American Values

Utalk Unlimited call my house and told me I had qualify for a free phone, they took my name and identification Number, my address and all my particulars.

About three(3) weeks later they called me and tell me that they were going to send me the phone and they need my account number and social security number to clear a check for $1.95.

They told me that after I receive it, I could try it for seven(7)days and call and tell them if I wanted the package or pre-paid service. I did not receive anything from them, but American Values send me some free coupons and tell me that I could use them, I call them same time and tell them I did not want it, so they were to cancel my name from their list, they said yes and I thought everything was okay.

I was surprise to see on my statement from the bank that they had withdraw $163.75 from my account, they sent me a letter from utalk saying they were going to refund me the money but until now I have not receive anything and it seems as if they have changed their number.
