Complaint Review: Utlimate Auto Transport AKAMassrec LLC

I visited a website looking for auto transport quotes.  Matthew Buxton contacted me with a quote of $500 per vehicle which includes a $100 deposit.  After looking at reviews and how auto transport worked I asked if he is the broker or the trucking company.  He said both.  Told him to send contract.  Contract had fishy wording so I questioned (based on other reviews) what the wording meant **prices may vary depending on the available drivers.  He stated the only increase would be if the vehicle had belongins over 100 pounds or not running.  Asked to change the clause to read just that.  Was denied.  Wording on cancellation clause is also fishy. He messed up and sent me another text using the name Frank instead of Matthew which was also listed on many other bad reveiws and even rip off report, so I knew this was not the way to go. No other transport companies asked for debit card in formation upfront and only had a 1 day cancellation clause. This is not legal in the state of TX and knew this, so I texted back I am sorry but I will not be able to go with him.  Only to then be sent multiple texts calling me names, asking why I wasted his time asking questions, using the F bomb, and telling me he will drive up my other quotes.  Wish I had a way to upload all the ugly unprofessional texts he sent so other consumers can see 1st hand DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
