Uzed.com Buys CD but doesn't PAY Ripoff Littleton Colorado

On eBay, there were many very positive responses regarding Uzed as a company and the quick payments they've made, so I decided to do a trial sale with them. Granted a large trail. I have over 300 DVD that I want to get rid of and I thought I try to sell about 50 or so to Uzed to see how they operated.

I place my order on 11-September-2006. There was about a 5 day delay before I got the DVDs shipped to them (to Fort Worth), but they arrived there around the 20th of September. It took them about 6 days (total) to process the DVDs and, according to their system, on the 26th of September, everything was processed and I was slated to be paid ~$150. I'd asked them to just put the funds in my paypal account. It is now the 23rd of October, and still no payment. I sent them an e-mail on the 13-October. I also called them last week (18-Oct) and left a message for an update. NOTHING. I called and left a message with both Customer Service and Accounting today (23-Oct).

Still waiting to hear back from them.

Amazing - log the rip-off report - get paid

I logged my report earlier this morning. Also contacted the Denver area Better Business Bureau - copying Steve the owner, etc. Guess what - my Paypal account got paid about 2 hours later. I just verified that the monies are in my account.
