UZED.com ripoff 3-plus months since I sent 35 DVDs worth $157.15 no payment received Littleton Colorado
I was looking to sell 35 DVDs (including several box sets -- 24, Sex and the City, Sopranos, etc.) that we hadn't watched in months and thought UZED.com was the perfect way to get cash for them. My order was placed 12/02/2006.
They sent back one of the DVDs, describing it as being in unacceptable condition with a receipt dated 12/21/2006.
I've had NO contact from them since -- despite an e-mail inquiry from me sent 2/3/2007, and voice mail messages on their system that appears to never be checked.
On their Web site, my order status is listed as "Approved (Pending Return)" with a payment and fulfillment date of "pending."
Just a word of warning to anyone thinking they can get some quick money for their old DVDs.
