Several months ago I found out about Uzed.com, a site that apparently pays cash for used DVDs, Music CDs, games, etc. I sent more than 40 DVDs to Uzed.com and they said that they'd pay me a total of $161.02.

It took about a week for Uzed.com to receive my DVDs and then they went through each one and accepted all of them. Their website states ten days after the order has been received payment will be sent out. It is nearly three months since I sent out my DVDs and still do not have payment.

Their customer service is nonexistent. I've sent more than five emails to their "customer service" without an answer. Their customer service over the phone is even more laughable, it consists of a simple voicemail where they say that they'll return your call if you leave your name and number. I've left several messages and have not heard back from them.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Uzed's business practices and I hope to receive the payment I deserve.
