A Virginia federal court recently confirmed an $11.2 million arbitration award against V. Allen Spicer, a former Vice President of CACI Dynamic Systems Inc and former Group General Manager and Vice President with Digital Systems International Coropration (DSIC) in North Charleston, South Carolina. The award reached $11.2 million because the arbitrator also determined Spicer violated the Virginia Business Conspiracy Act, which allows treble damages as well as an award of attorneys' fees and costs.

This ruling confirms Spicer's earned title of "crook" and "rip off" specialist. I applaud the courts ruling in this matter.

It is too bad Spicer confused his hand gun with his razor. Apparently, while shaving his neck...he blew his head off or maybe he was attempting to blow his head off and he shaved himself further embarassment for being caught and fined 11.2 million bucks!

I knew he was bad, but this takes the cake.
