Complaint Review: V I P AUTOPARTS

brought car in because water pump was leaking .....they  (v i p )replaced radiator and sent me out with water pump still leaking......called them when i got home (just made it home) radiator nearly empty ony 8 miles to my house. they told me to come in next morning 7:30 am then they replaced water pump......I told them i wanted to see the radiator they removed . i was then told they could not show me because it had been picked up by the junkie or rebuild shop...................keep in mind i was one of there last customers the night before and there second or third customer the next day. .............I was being lied to , and had no way to prove it . He would not give me the name of the company who took the radiator from the store.        I have since become aware of other customers who feel they have been cheated by V I P....,  ALSO, i had to sign a paper that stated in fine print that they ( V I P ) would not service my car in the future....no reason given.I am in my 70s and have no intention of letting this go unsettled. this situation borders on crimes against the elderly and if it has happened to me then it has happened others.                                                                                                                     yours truly,
