We had very similar experience to the people from Austin, texas.  Wish we had read the report their report before we signed.  This is a total ripoff.  We tried to cancel after two days.  No one returns the phona calls.  A gentleman by the name of Felipe Figuero is a fraud.  We should have suspected when he wrote his name and cell phone on a piece of paper.  Bet he uses a different name every day. Why a reputable esort like Tres Rios allows such scam operators on their wonderful resort is beyond us.  No one is answering their phones. Plese, please beware and tell all  your friends.

I went through a horrible experience with this resort, and I'm out of three thousand dollars right now BUT I'm in a process to cancel my timeshare.

The timeshare industry has been into the lion’s mouth for the last couple of years, and it has generated lots of controversy and discussions in many forums and blogs on the web. However, since we’re living an economic downturn, anyone would expect that the timeshare sales collapse, but instead of that the sales seem to be increasing… but this comes with a trap: timeshare scams are increasing too. That leads us to the question: then, why keep people investing on timeshares?
