V-Motion, aka Vermotion and Business Development Services (aka Demotion). Run by Michael Shipley and Lee Kilpack.

Known offices are in Utah and Idaho Falls, Idaho. Salt Lake BBB shows all 3 of these "companies" have the same mailing address. And all have unsatisfactory records with the BBB.

They sell services which supposedly can help you make a six-figure salary with eBay, and with an online store. The truth is, the prices their drop-shippers charge are higher than most other wholesalers you will find. They have a limited number of products you can sell, and even if they do have what you want to sell, there are usually only a few units available. Often, they have no units available.

They are calling people and telling them that they are among a specially selected few to receive a discount. Because they want you to be a success story on their infomercial. They tell you how their services will help you make a six-figure income. And they have "mentors" who will give you any assistance you need. This is just a tactic to make people think they have to enroll immediately or they will lose this "once in lifetime" opportunity.

Even if you can get ahold of these mentors, they are completely useless and of no help. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any industry.

Ask the sales rep about things like refunds, and the company's obligations to you, and they will never give you a straight answer.

They claim to be certified partners with eBay. However, I called eBay's corporate HQ in San Jose. The woman I spoke to said she could find no information to substantiate this claim.

If you are contacted by V-Motion (or whichever business name they happen to be using) I strongly recommend you just hang up the phone. Don't give them a chance to use their deceptive and high pressure sales tactics. They are extremely skilled at avoiding your questions and convincing prospective buyers. Just hang up, don't give them any chances.

Every claim they made turned out to be total B.S. They never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions. Furthermore, I find it peculiar that they have 3 businesses all running out of the same office suite. The use of different names and the opening of offices in different states is most likely an attempt to prevent people from discovering the poor history of these companies and their leaders (Michael Shipley and Lee Kilpack).

My advice, tell them not to call you anymore, and then hang up.

There are other rip-off reports on Vermotion.

We are an eBay certified developer and you are available to look us up on eBay under the solutions directory. People do not always realize that technical support doesn't know everything. It is easy to tell you that they have never heard of a company when you can simply go to eBay and look it up when it is right there and perfectly official.

V-Motion has many resellers by many names, I am the coach for Auction Success Team, a V-Motion reseller. We take good care of our clients if they do their part in getting a hold of us and holding their own end. We are dependent on clients for their success and we are always here to help. I don't know exactly the situation of this person but I assure you that AST care of their clients.

1eBusiness Solutions inc. also located at same address

There appears to be yet another company located at the same mailing address. According to the Salt Lake BBB, a company called 1eBusiness Solutions is also located at the same address as V-Motion, Vermotion, and Business Development Services. Salt Lake BBB lists Mr. Daniel Baker as principal. We have all these companies operating out of the exact same office suite. What's wrong with this picture? I don't know what the hell is going on at that address, but I have never heard of 3 or 4 or how many other companies all sharing the same suite.
