I am not so sure about the quality of our v2 premier computer. We have had it since Nov. and already have had 2 hard drives.

I am upset about the billing process too. They can take money from your account promptly, but cannot send you an invoice on time for a rebat for the printer! We still to this day have not recieved an invoice for our computer.

We truly thought we were buying a quality computer with a lot of valuable software. I also thought we were suppose to get a flat screen, as advertised on TV, but we got a huge 17 inch monitor. I just have one question, are these computers refurbished or are they new from factory??

I guess this would not upset me so if this weren't a major purchase, but $1,800 is to me!
